Stool Log is a poop tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch. Log each bowel movement in a tap, with symptoms, food and medicines, and bring a clear picture to your doctor.
Why we made Stool Log
Our son has eczema, and along with it came constipation. We wanted an easy way to keep track of how often he went, what he ate and how he felt, so we could spot what helped and show his doctor a clear record. So we made Stool Log. We hope it helps your family too.

Yes. Logging, reminders, widgets, the Apple Watch app, possible links and a doctor report of your last 14 days are free. Stool Log Plus, an optional purchase, adds the full doctor report, more daily goals and a toilet timer.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up. Your diary stays on your devices and in your own private iCloud.
Can I keep a diary for my child or a parent?
Yes. You can keep a separate diary for someone you care for, each with its own report.
What's in the doctor report?
Stools a week, how many were hard or loose, the longest gap, red flags such as blood with their dates, and a day-by-day picture of the last 14 days, as a PDF to print or share.
Does Stool Log diagnose anything?
No. It's a diary, not a medical device. It shows what you logged so you and your doctor can talk about it.
