Daily goals for fibre, water and habits
Small daily habits often matter for your gut. Stool Log counts them from what you already log, so a goal fills in as you go.
The goals
| Goal | How it counts |
|---|---|
| Fibre | Servings of fibre-rich foods you log, such as fruit, vegetables, beans and whole grains |
| Regular meals | Meals you log, or tick off |
| Water | Glasses of water |
| Coffee and tea | Cups, as an "at most" limit |
| Alcohol | Drinks, as an "at most" limit |
| Steps | Read from Apple Health |
| Sleep | Read from Apple Health |
| Toilet time | A stool near your usual time, or a tick for "sat, nothing came" |
Steps and sleep are read from Apple Health on your iPhone and never saved in Stool Log.
Where they show
- Today: a tile for each goal with today's number, its picture, and + to log a glass, a cup or a meal in one tap.
- The Goals widget on your Home Screen, with the same + buttons.
- A page per goal with the last 7 days on a chart, and an optional reminder.
What it asks you
"What brings you here?" picks a starting set: hard stools, IBS, loose stools, medicine side effects (such as GLP-1 medicines) or better gut habits. Change them any time.
Goals and your stools
Once you've logged about two weeks, Possible links compares days you met a goal with days you didn't, and shows a difference when it's clear. The full doctor report includes your goals' daily averages.
Stool Log keeps records, not advice: it counts what you log and doesn't tell you what to eat.
Three goals free
Choose up to three daily goals for free. Stool Log Plus allows up to six.
