Log from your wrist with Apple Watch

Your phone isn't always with you in the bathroom. Stool Log on Apple Watch logs a stool in two taps, and everything else the phone can log.

Two taps for a stool

Open Stool Log on your Watch, tap the shape that matches, and tap Save. Each type is shown as its shape with a short name. Today's count and your last stool are at the top.

Everything else, from the wrist

After each log the Watch shows "Saved" with Undo.

Siri and the Smart Stack

Ask Siri on your Watch to log a stool, or use the Smart Stack's Log widget, which rises around the time you usually go. A watch face complication shows how long since your last stool.

How it syncs

The Watch sends each log to your iPhone, which saves it in your diary. If your phone is out of reach, the Watch keeps the log and sends it when they're back together.

Discreet mode on the Watch leaves symptom and medicine names out of what it shows.

Free on Apple Watch

The Watch app comes with Stool Log. It needs the iPhone app and watchOS 10 or later.
